Refund Policy

Exchange

We can currently offer exchange of items of equal value within 14 days of purchase if the item has not been worn and is in its original packaging with labels attached. Excludes sale items, swimwear, tableware, socks and tights. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at ottieandolsen@outlook.com, please include your order number, or for in-store purchases a photo of your receipt. 

Return postage is to be paid by the buyer, we recommend choosing tracked and signed for as proof of postage.  Please retain a copy of your receipt. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item. We will then email you a manual invoice for any difference payable, including shipping the exchanged item to you. Please kindly note, if we do not hold the stock in store, our current turnaround is 10-14 days until despatch.

If you're a little unsure about anything, please just ask - nothing is too much hassle for us, we would love to help! Thank you so much for your understanding whilst we grow our small business.

Returns

We currently only accept returns for refund on faulty items.

To start a return, please email us at ottieandolsen@outlook.com, including your order number/photo of receipt, a brief description, and a photo of the faulty item.

All postage returns are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend choosing tracked and signed for as proof postage. Please retain a copy of your receipt.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund too.

Other issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you accidentally receive the wrong item or size, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
